Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of food products by Kebab Flavor, located in Casablanca, Morocco, via the website kebabflavor.ma and in restaurant.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed:

  • Online via kebabflavor.ma
  • In restaurant (dine-in or takeaway)
  • Via QR code at the table

Any online order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), all taxes included (10% restaurant VAT included). Kebab Flavor reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Cash (in restaurant and on delivery)
  • Bank card (in restaurant and online via Stripe)

5. Delivery

Delivery is available in the covered areas of Casablanca. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on traffic conditions.

6. Cancellation

Food product orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started, due to the perishable nature of the products.

7. Complaints

For any complaint, contact us at info@kebabflavor.ma or at the restaurant within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
